As Autumn brings us into the cooler, darker months, our natural inclination is to slow down and hibernate. But our busy lives don't always allow the opportunity for the rest we sorely need.
Consider this retreat your invitation to enjoy a luxuriously slow and restful afternoon.
What to expect:
Slow & Gentle Yoga Class: An unrushed practice of feel-good stretches to release tension. Calming pranayama (breath-work) and guided meditation.
Refreshment Break: Relax with a cup of tea/coffee and a piece of cake, go for a walk to see the beautiful grounds, or try my acupressure mat (the bed of nails)
Restorative Yoga Class: A deeply restful practice which uses bolsters, blocks and blankets to support our bodies as we relax into long, luxurious stretches.
Extended Savasana & Yoga Nidra: We'll end the afternoon with a guided relaxation, supported by bolsters and blankets with optional hands-on assists to take you into an even deeper state of rest.
Suitable for all levels of ability and experience. (Minimum age of 16 years).

Please note that tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person up to 7 days before the retreat.
Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket. Everything else will be provided, including yoga bricks, bolsters and additional blankets.
You will receive an email prior to the event with all the important information including detailed directions, parking and what to expect on the day.
