Think of this class as Yin and Yang.
Yin being passive yoga, so gentle and restorative, longer holds, increasing flexibility as well as diving deeper into meditation. The Yang is active yoga, the 'flow' part of the class, building strength and heat. Much like our very popular flow and restore classes, however this is an EXTENDED version, giving you more time to feel your flow. More time to unwind. More time to find complete relaxation. More time to tune in to yourself.
Sunset Yin-yasa at Yo will be with studio doors fully open, so the class will be held in studio and on decking (weather dependent!). We will be enjoying all the benefits r practicing outside in the summer as well as a relaxation whilst stargazing.
The class is a 90minutes to include a nourishing flow, followed by yin yoga, finishing with a restorative relaxation.
Think of it as a mind and body reset.
