Led practice -Donation based
Friday 21st June 5.30- 6.45 pm with Ludek
In the spirit of giving back, we will be hosting a special led practice to raise funds for Flourish, an incredible organization dedicated to supporting mental health and well-being in our community. This class will be a great opportunity to come together, practice yoga, and contribute to a meaningful cause.
