This workshop is Core & the Bandhas
We start the workshop with a theory class, and core awareness drills, exploring what actually makes the core- heads up its not just the six pack .
If you have ever been told to activate your mula bandha and never been told what it is, or how to actually activate it...this ones for you.
Your core canister also contains your pelvic floor and we will work on finding the correct internal pressure- without causing injury- feeling like your pushing out or bearing down or simply just holding your breath .
We will covering breathing exercises for those that struggle to take full breaths, or suffer with anxiety and posture- its all linked.
If you feel like you have low core awareness
dont know what your teacher means when they say draw navel to spine, zip up through your midline, breathe into the belly, or activate core
The flow is core and bandha focused to put our new knowledge into practise and connect the dots, improving your confidence, awareness & yogic practise.
A notebook & pen, a snack, your yoga mat and yoga gear and water to stay hydrated x
