Join me at Court Farm, to work on your swimming technique. These sessions are aimed at beginners & those with little experience to front crawl.
We will be working on technique, helping to develop your swimming style, tweak anything that may need a little help to improve your stroke. We will also be working on goals and mind set, to help boost your swims
There will be warms ups and fitness tips.
We will focus on moving from breast stroke to front crawl.
This is ideal for those wanting help yo improve technique. Maybe you swim outdoors all year & would like to be able to swim further, more comfortably or know you need help with breathing. Perhaps you would like to start training ing for an event, but haven’t got the confidence in your front crawl.
This is swim coaching. I am not a swim teacher, you must know how to swim already, I can help improve your technique.
There are 3 sessions over the summer months, you can come to as many as you like to help further your progress
This will be ideal if you have some outdoor swimming experience and want to develop further and set yourself a goal of being able to swim a longer distance., or simply improve on what you already have.
You can wear either a wet suit or just regular swimming costume/trunks.
Make sure you have eaten something and are hydrated.
