This three hour SYA session will begin with a gentle and relaxing yoga session to ground, stabilise and release the creative flow.

Painting a mandala is a soothing and beautifully simple way to unwind, release stress, and reconnect with the present moment. The rhythmic, repetitive patterns encourage inner stillness and personal exploration, while naturally guiding the mind into a meditative state.

In this hands-on session, Jenny will guide you step by step, first exploring creative technique on paper, before you move on to create your own unique dot mandala design on a ceramic mug which you will take away with you. The result will not only be a beautiful keepsake, but also a tangible reminder of your creative flow and inner calm.

Whether you’re an experienced artist or a complete novice, this workshop offers a welcoming space to relax, reflect and rediscover your creative spirit.

Jenny is a passionate artist and dedicated yoga teacher who believes whole heartedly in the healing power of creativity and movement. Following a period of profound personal loss, Jenny transformed her own healing journey into a mission to help others discover the therapeutic benefits of art and yoga.

Through her Meditative Mandala Art Workshops, she offers a nurturing space for yoga, reflection, creativity, and self-expression - inviting participants to experience art as a form of mindfulness and emotional wellbeing.
