Earth Sequence Workshop

Discover Yoga Synergy's Earth Sequence with me, as we ground ourselves after the busy Summer holiday period, cultivating a calm and steady mind with the intention to set our foundations for the rest of the year ahead.

According to Ayurveda, Earth (prithvi, kshiti or bhumi) is the basest element and was created using all the other elements and thus can be perceived by all the five senses, hearing, touch, taste, smell and sight.

Earth Sequence is the first of the 5 Yoga Synergy element sequences and is traditionally practiced following the busy summer holiday season to put our feet back firmly on the ground. The practice is responsive to the time of the year and the warmer summer months by being grounding, calming and cooling, helping to steady the mind and build towards a regular, long term and stable Yoga practice.

This workshop is suitable for every body, from absolute beginners to seasoned practitioners.
