FREE Taster session / Junior Roller Derby (Ages 7-17 years)

Come along to our free junior roller derby taster session where you will be given the opportunity to learn more about this sport, watch our current players showcase the game and learn some important skate skills required to play.

Regular Session cost £7.50 p/week includes learn to skate, Roller Derby skills & all equipment hire.

Roller Derby is the fastest growing sport in the UK. Our world class coach will teach you how to skate, leading onto how to play Roller Derby with the Boardwalk Bombs. This is a 12 week course and you must be able to move forward on skates before taking part. Learn with us and dive into this fast-paced sport-on-wheels.

This is a non-contact version of the fast-growing sport of Roller Derby aimed at children. Our experienced Coaching Staff will ensure that children will learn the sport and how to play it in a safe & controlled environment, with the hopes of taking part in games within our own team or against other teams from around the country.
A great way to keep fit, make new friends and discover a new sport!

For Participants aged 7-17 Years.
1 Hour Session from 6pm to 7pm
Includes skate hire - beginners pad set & wrist guards.

No refund can be given for missed sessions
Participants should ensure that they arrive before the lesson start time
Late comers may not be permitted to take part in the lesson as the discretion of the coach if this will affect the safety of the participant or the group
Participant disclaimer and waiver must be completed & signed by a parent/guardian
Skate hire & initial safety equipment is included but participants are advised to bring their own heavy duty pads, multi-impact helmet and gum-shield for continued use
