A first of its kind in La Honda, we are pleased to offer San Mateo County's South Coast families an exciting alternative to daycare on this LHPUSD teacher work day. Our "Finding Happiness" camp is inspired by the wonderful children's book "Reflection: Finding Happiness" by Patrick Tam. Through yoga and mindfulness activities, arts and crafts, and learning how to build and let go of sand castles from professional sand sculptor Jessica Rudluff, children will discover how the secret to happiness is within each of them.
All of the children who attend this pilot camp will receive a free copy of Patrick's book (generously donated by the author).
Camp is open to children ages 5-12.
