Nurture Harmonics with Siân - Pay as you go option

Nurture Harmonics is a pioneering parent and baby class that weaves together the healing power of sound, gentle somatic practices, and sacred sharing circle. It’s not about doing—it’s about being.

In our sessions, we create a soft, sensory sanctuary where both parent and baby can rest, regulate, and reconnect. It’s a space of presence, calm, and deep attunement. Ideal for parents who are craving something slow, soulful, and truly transformative in the early weeks of parenting.

The classes are perfect for parents who are curious about healing, nature or energy work and are craving community, rest and emotional presence. If you are feeling overwhelmed, or disconnected, this class may be ideal for you, and is open to anyone who may be new to somatics or sound healing.

Each class includes:

Gentle sound healing
Somatic grounding and body-based relaxation
Time for shared reflection and sacred circle
A peaceful, loving environment that supports deep bonding

This work gently supports postpartum wellbeing, emotional regulation, and even baby sleep—by restoring balance to the nervous system

Sessions will take place at Loving By Nature in Dorchester starting on Tuesday July 22nd at 10:30am, and I am opening up bookings as a pay as you go option now

Babies should be 8 weeks + but not yet crawling.
