Solstice in the Garden 🍃🌳☀️

An intimate summer solstice experience in nature, designed for deep rest and connection. Set in the beautiful intimate garden of Wildwood in Weymouth, this session will include a cacao ceremony, gentle yoga and a soothing Nurture Harmonics sound bath.

Isabella runs cacao and women's circles for curious women looking for a deeper connection with themselves and their spiritual nature.

On the evening of the 22nd, she will be sharing the heart-expanding medicine of cacao with you, in a journey from the mind and into the senses, to help you come home to your heart and the nature that surrounds us at the beautiful Wild Wood Gardens

Emma is a yoga teacher who runs her Hatha and Vinyasa classes at Wildwood, along with retreats for women in Morroco, and at her lovely location in Weymouth. Emma will be leading a gentle flow after our cacao ceremony to honour the changing of the seasons and bring you to a place of calm. All abilities are welcome and Emma’s welcoming and gentle nature will help you become grounded and connected with Mother Earth.

Sian is a Nurture Harmonics Practitioner, and is one of the first coaches to be able to offer this unique modality in the UK. She will lead you through a beautiful, specially curated soundscape after a short meditation, accompanied by the healing sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls, koshi chimes, ocean drums and other instruments. Snuggle up in your blankets, and allow yourself to be immersed in the sounds of the music, and nature, as the sun sets.
