These small and intimate events are held at my beautiful Garden Studio in Billericay. Just seven spaces available.
You will leave feeling calm, peaceful and refreshed.
Many people like to attend these very special events with a sister, friend or relative. You are also most welcome to come on your own.
Sanitised yoga mats, blocks and bolsters are all provided. Please bring a blanket, and an eye pillow or eye mask if you have one. You might also like to bring a cushion.
Wear comfortable clothes that you can relax in.
