This workshop includes:
●Ceremonial cacao
●Mantra chanting
●Reflective exercises exploring:
●heart-based living, what it means to live from the heart, how to live with love & in alignment with our core values
●Crystal sound bowls + more

Each workshop focuses on a specific topic of self-exploration, through a range of reflective exercises and discussions, empowered with the sharing of ceremonial cacao, sacred soundscapes (crystal sound bowls, instruments and vocalisation) and chanting of sanskrit mantras selected to support the themes of the session, all within a supportive safe space.

In this workshop ‘Living From the Heart’, we explore what it means to live from the heart and how we can empower ourselves to live with love and in alignment with our core values throughout the challenges of daily life. Through this session, you will gain a clearer sense of your core values and how to live by them, a greater confidence in your heart to know what to do that’s best for you, as well as opening your heart through the session itself with the help of ceremonial cacao, chanting, sound and sharing space with like-hearted souls in sacred circle.

About Kim & Dean:
Kim is an intuitive artist, sound and movement practitioner at kimho.art, while Dean is an independent researcher, business and life coach at I&I Insight. In this workshop series ‘Sacred Sound & Self Exploration’, they combine their skills & energies to provide intimate and immersive experiences that are heart-opening as well as thought-provoking.
