Welcome to pregnancy yoga! This class is suitable in all trimesters, with different options given depending on how you're feeling.
Don't worry if you've never done yoga before - this class is totally suitable for beginners and beyond.
Pregnancy yoga is an absolutely brilliant way to relax, move your body and stay strong as you prepare for birth. We'll learn great postures to help you feel ache-free, ways to stretch out safely, breathing to help chill you out, and much more. It's also a lovely way to meet some other pregnant people from nearby and start to form your tribe as you get closer to birth.

Wear your comfiest clothes! Anything you can move in. If you have a yoga mat you'd like to use, you're welcome to bring it along. Otherwise, I'll provide everything you need!
