The Dell Out of School Club offers 26+ years’ experience of providing fun and stimulating childcare for children aged 3-11 years in the form of breakfast, after-school and holiday clubs at schools in Hertford Herts..
The Dell is registered with OFSTED who have rated one of our settings as "Outstanding" and the other as a "Good" provider of childcare. Our experienced teams of staff are led by qualified and dedicated childcare practitioners.
We offer a range of fun, safe and stimulating play activities from sports and games to arts and crafts. During the holidays we structure each weeks programmes to themed structured activities but there is plenty of time for free play. The children are encouraged to join in with the varied programmes of activities and therefore we would ask they leave their phones and tablets at home.
We offer a fantastic play space including indoor and outdoor areas as well as lots of play resources, games and equipment including bikes and scooters.
The Dell Out of School Club is registered as a charity and is operated by a Committee of parents and friends of children who attend the club, as well as a strong staff support team. .
The Dell takes the welfare of children very seriously and our clubs are covered by robust safeguarding policies including the vetting of staff with DBS checks and other safeguards. All online bookings made require completion of your registration details providing us information about your child - any special needs and details of emergency contacts etc.
We welcome your children to join our club and preferential rates are given to those booking online and in advance of our holiday schemes.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
This is a holiday club for children aged 3-11 years. The Dell is OFSTED registered to provide childcare to children of this age group only. When you make an online booking you will be required to submit registration details such as emergency contacts and the child's GP for our records in case of emergency..
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We are around 1 mile away from the town centre of Hertford and parking is available on site to drop off and collect the children who have attended.
What can I bring into the event?
The children will require a packed lunch and a drink - (supper and snacks will be provided). Please ensure they bring a waterproof coat and wear comfortable activity clothes. If sunny sun cream and hat.
Please don’t bring phones, tablets etc.

Refunds are available up to one month in advance of the event. After this time no refunds are made for cancellations or amendments..
