Join us for this day of drum birthing - a term that means bringing a new drum into the world!
We will begin together and open a sacred space for this ceremonial day. We choose our hoops and hides, honouring them both before cutting the pieces we will use.
After a break for lunch we return to weave the drums into being. A central crystal can be added if desired and we will 'birth' the drum and cut its 'cord'!
We will then create a beater and take part in a drum journey to meet the spirit of your drum!
This is a wonderful full days workshop. We start at 10 and will finish around 7pm.
