Spend a relaxing day bonding with your child (children, dads, aunties, grannies – any variety) whilst learning to sew, making tasteful Christmas reusable present bags, decorations etc and personalise by using our print press or the simple machine embroidery stitch. Great for nervy beginners as well as the more accomplished. This day is always fun and so much better than rushing around the high street buying throwaway toot. We have families who reuse their present bags after 7 years and still going strong.
At the end of the workshop, you’ll take home your own pretty creation(s). If you’ve been to our workshops before, you’ll develop your design skills further.
The price includes all fabrics, haberdashery, art materials and equipment. Please let us know upon booking what age size your child is and what you would like to make.
Skills learnt (could include) communication, teamwork, fabric knowledge, embellishment, accuracy, machine and hand sewing.
