In this workshop we will map neural pathways through a myriad of ways we connect with self, partner and the world.
Together we will weave through materials from Somatic Experiencing, Contact Improvisation and the Axis Syllabus. Our interest is the Nervous System and, in particular, the concepts of regulation and co-regulation.
This workshop will be co-facilitated by Nuria Bowart and Daniel Davis. All welcome.

Work Trade
$100 discounted tuition in exchange for 6 hours of work - primarily leading meal clean shifts, and assisting with meal prep. Work trade participants must be present for the first dinner & dinner clean shift, and must attend the whole 4 or 5 days of the workshop.
