This workshop will offer a context for weaving compositions and relationships within the body. Exploring scores that include perceptual shifts from within and without our human form.
We will explore embryology and tensegrity while resourcing from the bodies of knowledge of the Axis Syllabus©, Body-Mind Centering® & Rolfing®. In this time together we will explore how communication, creativity, proprioception and full body listening in collaboration can support us in Contact&Improvisation.

$75 discounted tuition in exchange for 6 hours of work - primarily leading meal clean shifts, and assisting with meal prep. Work trade participants must be present for the first dinner & dinner clean shift, and must attend the whole 4 or 5 days of the workshop.
