Cancellation policy:
All bookings are non-refundable. Bookings can be transferred to an alternate date with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Please login into your bookwhen account to transfer your tickets yourself, or send an email to hello@thehiddenvillage.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.
