Bringing together over 20 years of experience working with the physical and energetic bodies, Lizzie will guide you through the foundations of enhancing your meditation practice, the benefits and the awarenes of self - whilst navigating this topic.
There will be spiritual connection tools, techniques and immersive resources and activities throughout the day - including all reflection and feedback time.
This workshop is hosted at Rookery retreat Cabin, maximum 6 attendees.
