Peixinhos da Horta – traditional Portuguese green bean fritters

• Main Course (seasonal Portuguese dishes):
October to March: Ervilhas com Chouriço e Ovos Escalfados – Portuguese pea stew with chorizo and poached eggs
April to September: Bacalhau à Brás – one of Portugal’s most iconic codfish dishes, made with shredded cod, eggs, onions, and crispy potatoes. This is a very popular dish with both adults and children.
