The workshop will be led by Sue Lightburn, a HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in HR and the Education Sector. Sue currently works as an independent HR Consultant in the education sector, working with schools and Multi-Academy Trusts at strategic and operational levels to provide HR support.

This interactive practical session will equip you with knowledge and confidence about the legal framework and process, and will look at the risks and pitfalls to avoid when investigating allegations of misconduct. It is suitable for senior leaders in schools and academies.
