Outstanding Leadership in Education (OLE) is a bespoke coaching-based programme written by the author of the internationally acclaimed suite of programmes that make up the OLEVI TLC Syllabus. These programmes have produced dramatic improvements in schools where they are in action.
OLE gives delegates the opportunity to explore their own leadership style and build upon their existing skills towards effective leadership.
