Come and join us for a relaxing yoga session designed around you and your baby. Nancy is a physiotherapist and a yoga teacher with a specialist interest in women’s health. As a mother herself, Nancy has first had experience at understanding the changes a women goes through on their pregnancy journey. She will guide you through techniques on grounding and connecting with baby, breathing and visualisation, gentle movement, and deep relaxation.
No yoga experience or specialist equipment is necessary , just bring yourself and bump a blanket and plenty of pillows.
Set up your space to practice near a wall or a sofa in case you need a bit of extra back support when sitting. If you have a yoga mat, great! If not, then perhaps lay out a towel or a rug on the floor . Have plenty of cushions nearby .Close the door and enjoy a bit of time to yourself.
