During the Summer we are introducing some different classes for our improvers and advanced students to have a go at some different pieces of equipment

7th August - Chinese Pole with Carlos (capacity 6 people):
Get an introduction to this fun acrobatic aerial discipline. Learn different ways of climbing, going upside down, foundational moves and transitions.
Suitable for those with some aerial or acrobatic experience but don't need to have done any Chinese Pole before.
Please bring flexible thin soled shoes (tennis shoes are ideal) and jeans that you don't mind getting dirty.

If a participant is under 18, our disclaimer must be signed by a parent or an adult of 18+

Instructions

PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

  • Pre-booking is now essential, even for drop-in classes. Booking is via our website, email only. There is no cash handling or taking payments at the door.
  • Bring only essential personal items, and any food must be brought in a sealed plastic container.
  • Ensure that students bring their own water bottle.
  • Please arrive already dressed for class, so that we can minimise the use of changing facilities. - comfortable easy to move in clothing ie. leggings and top, no special footwear required , the class is done in socks

ON ARRIVAL

  • For adult classes – there will no longer be reception, please check in with the tutor.
  • If you are bringing your own aerial equipment for use in class ensure that it is inspected for safe use by an appropriate staff member or the tutor.
  • Labelled cubby holes are reserved for staff use.

USE OF TOILETS

  • Ensure that you read and abide by notices and staff instructions and signage about bathroom and facilities when using the bathroom.

DURING CLASS

  • Use good hygiene practice – avoid touching your face, wash your hands frequently for 20 seconds, sneeze/cough into a disposable tissue or into your elbow if none are available, avoid touching unnecessary surfaces.

BEFORE LEAVING

  • Take all personal belongings and equipment with you.
