Join our gentle and nurturing Baby Massage Class designed for parents and their little ones (newborn to pre-crawling). In this calming and supportive environment, you'll learn simple, safe massage techniques that can help:
Strengthen the bond between you and your baby
Soothe common discomforts like colic, wind, and teething
Improve your baby's sleep patterns
Support your baby’s physical and emotional development
Led by a certified infant massage instructor, each session includes guided hands-on instruction, time to connect with other parents, and a peaceful space to relax and tune into your baby’s needs.
Whether you're a first-time parent or just looking for a special way to connect, this class is a beautiful way to slow down, share loving touch, and build confidence in your parenting journey.

🕉 Suitable for Babies 6 weeks-5 months
🕉 CONNECT Baby Massage will be held at The Yurt, at Meadow Croft Garden Centre on Tuesdays 1130-1215
🕉 All equipment is provided (feel free to bring your own mat if you wish)
🕉 All equipment is cleaned before every class
🕉 I invite you to come with an open mind to enjoy these classes
🕉 Please either email/message beforehand, or inform me at the beginning of class of any injury or condition that could impact your practice
