Welcome beautiful humans!
EMPOWER is a beginners Hatha yoga class that creates a safe, nurturing space for individuals to rediscover their strength, embrace their uniqueness, and build resilience to navigate life’s challenges. Each week I will take you through the steps to not only ENJOY yoga but come out the other side feeling like you truly know what you're doing. Get comfortable being you, get comfortable in your body, learn techniques to strengthen the body and mind. Variations will be offered and all equipment to assist will be provided
Class includes:
💜 45 minutes of yummy Hatha yoga
💜 10-minute of relaxation
💜 oodles of knowledge

🕉 All equipment is provided (feel free to bring your own mat if you wish)
🕉 All equipment is cleaned before every class
🕉 I invite you to come with an open mind to enjoy these classes
🕉 Please either email/message beforehand, or inform me at the beginning of class of any injury or condition that could impact your practice
