PLEASE NOTE: The 'Swinging Platforms' section of the Ninja Course is a challenging piece of equipment designed for older children and adults. It is imperative that children under 4 years old are supervised.
All participants must be supervised by a parent, carer or a responsible adult at all times.
No shoes in the gym and adjoining rooms - Socks only!
No food or drink to be taken into the gym or adjoining rooms.
If you or your child has any allergies, please ensure you state this clearly on the booking form and also notify the staff before the session.
If you need to use the mobile hoist, please contact the centre to discuss the necessary arrangements and risk assessments on 0151-832-6915 / 07369 279702 / hello@thesensoryhive.co.uk You are also required to bring YOUR OWN SLING, along with Moving and Handling certificates, Personal Care Plans and risk assessments you may have in order to use the portable hoist.
All participants must have a valid waiver completed and signed by a parent, carer or responsible adult.
Please ensure that you read the waiver, mark the check boxes and provide an e-signature when prompted at the end of this booking stage.
The Waiver and Consent form will last indefinitely unless revoked or updated.
