This session offers hospital staff a deeply relaxing experience, using the soothing sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and the gong — like a gentle massage for the mind and body. If you’re feeling stressed, overstretched, or find it hard to switch off, this is a calm space to unwind, reset, and restore after a busy day.
Please note: This session is not suitable for those who are pregnant, have severe heart problems, a pacemaker, epilepsy, or metal implants.
Mats will be provided, please feel free to bring a cushion, a blanket or an eye pillow with you for extra comfort.
