Our beverage manager, Jona Ruiz, will lead a guided tasting of finished whiskeys, including bourbons and ryes. Finishing, also known as double maturation or wood finishing, is when a whiskey is aged in one type of cask before spending additional time in another, adding complexity and depth.
What’s included:
-A tasting of five finished whiskeys
-Three craft cocktails featuring the spirits you’ll be tasting
-The option to add dinner from a nearby restaurant

Instructions
Free street parking is available on Church Street and nearby side streets, with several pay-by-phone lots also close by. Enter through the alley around back!
