Herding breeds are bred to have an abundance of stamina and energy to work with livestock, often switching off when in the kennel away from stimulation.
Urban life is busy, hectic and can be overstimulating for herding breeds. We need to show them how to have an off switch, the art of doing nothing.
The virtual workshop looks at why settling is important, how to teach it and apply to real life settings.
The session will be delivered via Zoom. An access link will be sent within 24 hours prior to the event.
