Step into spring and honour the harmony of light overcoming the darker days, with a soothing Sound Bath featuring crystal bowls, chimes, and drums.

Let the healing vibrations surround you. Celebrate the season of renewal with community - we will enjoy a nice brew and share the themes of spring. Then all you need to do is be present and melt away into soothing tones and vibrations - guiding you into deep relaxation.

Whether you're new to sound healing or a seasoned attendee, come to reset your mind, body, and spirit as we welcome the equinox together.

We have a few ticket options to choose from:

• come and totally immerse in the sounds
• add to your experience with Reiki (by Reiki Meg)
• or perhaps a Massage session (with Sophie Wynne Wellness)
• we also have tickets available for both treatments
