✨ The Village Circle: Sound Bath

What to wear:

• Whatever you feel good in!!
• We will do doing some light stretching to begin - so nothing too restrictive / recommend something loose and free - come in your PJ's too if you like!

What to bring;

• Something to sit/lay on
• A blanket or extra layer for comfort
• Please bring something personal to add into the circle to receive the sound too - this could be a flower, an essential oil, a colourful piece of fabric, a food or a picture - even a crystal or object important to you
• A note pad and pen/pencil for any reflections you would like to note after

Please note when booking, this sound bath is not suitable for:

• Individuals with sound sensitivities or auditory conditions
• Those in the first trimester of pregnancy
• People with severe heart conditions or who use pacemakers

Please consult with your doctor if you have any concerns.

A note on refunds
We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate refund requests whenever possible. If you need to cancel, we can look to offer a refund minus any booking fees we have already paid if within a reasonable time frame to re-sell your space.

Cancellations made within three (3) days of the event are non-refundable due to commitments made for the event.
