A chair & trestle table will be provided for each exhibitor, please bring a table cloth.
Access to Tudor Park Hall for set up is 9am, and pack up must be completed by 4pm to enable us to pack away the tables & clean the venue. (The event runs from 10am-3pm, please ensure that you are set up for the length of the event, we've allowed plenty of time for set up and pack up before and after the event).
Please be aware of any mess your stand or activities may cause & allow for that in your clean up, eg dust pan & brush, towels etc.
A 1.75% + A$0.30 booking fee applies to bookings with a cost.

This booking includes 1 table, and 1 chair, approximately 2m x 2m of space for the 10am-3pm exhibition. If you require more space than this, you can book additional spots, or get in touch with us if you have a unique set up.
