Our May monthly gathering invites you into a deeply nourishing afternoon of drumming, tea ceremony and nature-based therapy, guided by the wisdom of nettle.
Grasping the nettle asks us to look beyond what we see on the surface and to listen more deeply. Through drumming and gentle ceremonial practice, we will cross the threshold into relationship with nettle - exploring its medicinal, energetic and magical qualities and what it has to teach us about strength, protection and vitality.
Early May is a powerful time of emergence - when new growth meets the need for care and safety. Guided by the landscape and seasonal energy, we’ll explore the inner tension between moving forward and holding back, noticing how hesitation can be a form of wisdom rather than resistance.
This session offers space to slow down, reflect and allow growth to unfold at its own pace, supported by rhythm, nature connection and shared experience.
What to expect:
• Energising drumming journey
• Tea and drumming ceremony
• Guided nature therapy and reflection
• Seasonal theme of emergence and self-protection
