Join us in central Lincoln for a gentle guided meditation and soundbath class.
We will start with settling onto the mat and taking some deep breaths into a guided and easy meditation. Sometimes with crystals too.
We then drift into the sound of crystal bowls, chimes and gongs to gentle help you deeply relax and rest.
Soundbaths are unsuitable for certain medical conditions including
Pregnancy
Epilepsy
Metal implants
Cancer diagnosis or treatment
Deep brain devices
Heart problems
Any pacemaker or implanted defibrillator
Some mental health conditions other than anxiety and depression
Recent head injury
Recent trauma
Whiplash
Open wounds and recent surgery.
