Join us for a unique experience this summer. We’re bringing the healing sounds of crystal bowls into Orchard Gallery with some bookable sessions with the Emma, owner and therapist at The White Chakra. Included in this experience; Entry to the Gunby Gardens where you can take a leisurely stroll, breathing in the peace and serenity of the ancient trees, enjoying the natural beauty of the plants and flowers. Tennyson described Gunby as a ‘haunt of ancient peace’. And it’s easy to see why; the calming environment of nature, the seasonal colours and well tended gardens really are a delight. You’ll also join a small group with me for a crystal singing bowl sound bath to take you on a deeply restorative journey of relaxation, release, balance and harmony. This will take place in Orchard Gallery, nestled at the heart of Gunby’s gardens. A perfect combination of natural beauty and natural sound to calm the mind, body & soul. Please note that this event is unsuitable for those with sound induced epilepsy, pregnancy, deep brain implant devices and recent surgery. Please message me to discuss any medical requirements.
All equipment is provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and sensible footwear for the walk around the gardens.
