New Year Full Moon soundbath meditation - North Sea observatory

Details

Join us for the first full moon of 2026 for our meditation soundbath class. We are going to be clearing the old energy of 2025, setting intention, balancing energy and focusing on 2026.
Class includes;
Meditation - no experience needed
Soundbath
All equipment including mat, cushion, eye pillow and blanket
Complimentary hot drink

Let the gentle meditation help you to bring focus and clarity, we check in with our own energy, set intention for the New Year, balance and bring focus, and then into a gentle soundbath with crystal bowls, chimes and other sounds; this is all designed to let you drift into deep rest, helping the body and mind to reset. It can help with sleep, energy, focus, rest, relaxation, physical, mental and emotional stress and can help bring emotions and stress out of the body and mind.
