Gunby Hall & Gardens soundbath & garden experience

Welcome to our event at Gunby Hall & gardens. This event is truly beautiful; you’ll get space and time to enjoy the wonderful, expansive and well tended gardens, to sit and find some stillness in nature either before or after the soundbath. Your ticket allows you entry for the day. The house ticket is additional.

We invite you to attend Orchard Gallery for your meditation soundbath where we guide you on a meditation to relax and invite stillness before we gently move into the sounds of the crystal bowls and other instruments.
All designed to deeply relax and restore.
Our event finishes with a gentle awakening before heading to the cafe for a hot drink and sweet treat included in your ticket.

Please note that soundbaths are not suitable for the following medical conditions; if you are unsure please check with us.
