For those who have never tried hoops or would like to brush up on forgotten skills as a refresher. This course focuses on getting acquainted with the equipment, safe entries and exits, simple static poses and learning the basics (technique, moves).
Ages: 5 to adult. NB: children (5-12) need to be accompanied by a paying adult.
Cancellation policy: the course cannot be refunded, unless you cancel it 48h before it starts. Any cancellation for any reason attracts 5% payment platform admin fee.

This event is for women only.
Please wear tight fitting sportswear to avoid skin friction with hoop equipment. It is suggested that legs and arms are fully covered, especially as a beginner.
Please read our T&Cs, to which you must agree (by checking/ticking) in order to book our classes. Note: no refund is allowed if cancellation (of the entire course) is made less than 48h before the start of the course. Missed individual classes cannot be refunded.
Any refund given for ANY reason incurs a 5% payment platform cancellation fee.

Parking is available on site and is free of charge on Saturdays and Sundays.
Please note that on Saturdays, a parking ticket must still be obtained from the on-site machine to comply with the two-hour time limit. The ticket is free but must be clearly displayed, as it indicates the time of arrival.
