Colton Primary Children's Yoga

This course is for children at Colton Primary and is designed to teach children yoga in a fun, engaging & non-competitive environment. They will learn sun salutations, animal yoga poses, relaxing breathing techniques, yoga games, partner yoga and the importance of being kind to themselves and others. We will finish each class with meditation and mindfulness techniques to help them to feel calm at the end of the day.
