Our monthly mindfulness meditation session with Jake is designed to show you the benefits of living consciously in this present moment. In these sessions you can expect a variety of guided mindfulness practices, readings and relaxation techniques, as well as a herbal cuppa and a chat to close! This session is perfect for beginners starting their meditation journey in a friendly and inclusive environment but it also serves as a fine reminder of the fundamentals to those with previous experience.
Some of the many evidence-based health benefits of mindfulness include reduced anxiety & depression, improved focus, stress reduction, lower blood pressure, enhanced immune function, improved sleep quality and reduced chronic pain. Please be aware that some sessions include gentle breathwork techniques and seated mindful movement. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
