Looking to bring a little more calm, clarity, and balance into your life? This 5-week mindfulness course offers a supportive, down-to-earth space to help you develop (or deepen) a regular meditation practice. Whether you're feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed — or just curious about mindfulness — you’ll be gently introduced to core principles and simple, practical tools to support your mental health and overall wellbeing.
Each 75-minute session is carefully themed and includes guided practices, reflections, and space for discussion. We’ll explore what mindfulness is, how it works, and how to bring it into everyday life with greater ease and intention. You’ll also receive helpful home practice resources, including guided meditations, reflection prompts, and weekly tips to support you between sessions and beyond.
