Join us here at Thingamajigz for lots of fun! Please note if you do arrive late for your session you will still be able to attend but your session will end at the time stated on your booking.

Arrival time should only be 5 minutes before your session starts. To make it as safe as possible for others, access to the main play area will not be permitted until your time slot begins.

Please note if you are unable to attend your pre booked session, we are unable to transfer or refund the session without a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you are unable to attend either contact us on 01253 834200 or email us @ bookings@thingamajigz.co.uk

Please note that sessions are booked in timed slots, the play sessions are approximately 1hr 45 mins in length with 15 mins allowed for getting your group ready to exit the play centre.

Once in the main seating area, we ask you to refrain from moving the tables & chairs.

You are agreeing to follow the general rules of Thingamajigz Play Centre, anyone knowingly breaking the rules of the venue may be asked to leave and no refunds will be issued.

The equipment at Thingamajigz Play Centre is inspected and tested regularly to ensure it is safe for your child to use.

It is advised that children wear long sleeve clothing and any loose fitting clothing with loose ropes and cords should not be worn in the play area.

Thingamajigz Play Centre Rules:

All children must be accompanied by an adult (Age 18+) whilst in Thingamajigz Play Centre.

Only children who are under 4ft 10" or 150cm in height may play.

Thingamajigz Play Centre does NOT accept responsibility for the supervision of your child/children. Children remain the responsibility of the parent/guardian at ALL times and should be supervised accordingly.

Please ensure children stay within the correct areas for their age/height (all areas have been clearly labelled).

Thingamajigz Play Centre does not accept any responsibility for any injury caused by improper use or any accidental injury caused through normal play.

Shoes must not be worn at any time on the equipment, there should be no sharp object, food or drink taken onto the equipment as this may cause damage. There should be no personal belongings such as vapes, lighters and phones taken onto the equipment. Anyone found to be intentionally causing damage or causing damage by not following the rules will be charged in full the the cleaning, repair or replacement of the equipment.

Running up or down the slides is not permitted, we also ask that children do not play directly in front of the slide exits.

It is forbidden to climb the netted walls or the system structure.

Balls or other objects should NOT be thrown at each other.

Socks must be worn at all times in the play centre for both hygiene and safety reasons

Adults should only to enter play equipment to assist younger children if children are in difficulty or distressed, they should not play on the equipment

All children should use the toilets provided and wash their hands before entering the play equipment

If your child is unwell or has been unwell (Sickness, vomiting or diarrhoea) Do not bring them to the play centre until 48hrs since their last illness. If your child shows signs of being unwell while in the play centre (Sickness, vomiting or diarrhoea) a member of staff may ask you to leave.

ONLY FOOD & DRINK PURCHASED AT THIINGAMAJIGZ PLAY CENTRE MAY BE CONSUMED ON THE PREMISES, NO PICNICS ALLOWED. (Excluding baby food)

Fighting, Bullying, Abusive behaviour of any Nature will not be tolerated and offending persons may be asked to leave the premises.

Smoking and vaping is not permitted on the premises or directly outside the doorway to Thingamajigz. Please move a safe distance away from the entrance so smoke doesn't blow into the play centre.

Thingamajigz Play Centre does not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal possessions or equipment whilst using the Play Centre or Associated Car Park.

In case of a problem, contact a member of staff.

Please report all accidents to a member of staff no matter how small.
