We are holding an Introduction To Agility Event in July
The event is held outdoors in a private paddock in PL9
There will be two workshops - one focusing on the Foundation Skills needed to start agility and the other will be fun games that help you and your dogs understanding of Agility
Each workshop will be max of 75 min and have maximum of six people in the class
This will probably be the last opportunity for this type of Agility Introduction this summer with Ocean City Agility
For dogs (and people) new to Agility - an introduction to the sport and the skills needed to be successful - whether you want to train to competition standard or just for fun with your dog
Trainers are experienced Champ Level Competitors & KC Judge
Equipment is Kennel Club Specification
We have lots of fun while keeping everything safe for your dogs
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate reactive or dog-aggressive dogs in these sessions
Small group so we get the best out of everyone
Bring loads of chopped food reward - cocktail sausage, cheese, ham, fried sprats, high-value kibble etc
Dogs should be on harnesses or flat collars and leads
No slip leads or head harnesses
We only use reward based training methods

The entrance to the field is up the lane on the right
If you reach the lights, T-Junction with Hercules Rd (Sherford) you have gone too far
If you are approaching from Plymstock/Sherford..
At the T-junction lights with Hercules Rd go through the lights towards Plympton
Next right into a lane signposted for Frys Nursery (Caravan Storage)
The entrance to the field is up the lane on the right
If you pass American Golf you have gone too far
Please don't arrive too early for your class
There is limited parking inside my field - you will be directed to a parking space as you arrive
There is a hard standing, please keep with in this area
We share a lane with the Caravan Storage facility - please do not park in the lane or even idle in the lane please
We cannot block the lane for people arriving or leaving with their caravans
