Cacao Ceremony at Our Place

This cacao ceremony is a magical ritual that involves sharing purpose grown ceremonial grade cacao in a sacred, intentional, and mindful setting.
The ceremony allows you to connect on a deeper level with your emotions, intuition, and higher self.

There are so many benefits to introducing Cacao into your life. You will understand more about why we use Cacao today, the health benefits, where it comes from and it's amazing history.
The practice has its roots in ancient Mesoamerican cultures, such as the Aztecs and Mayans, who viewed cacao as a powerful plant medicine and considered it a gift from the gods.

You will be welcomed into a calm and safe space for deep emotional and spiritual exploration, supported by the heart-opening properties of cacao, setting personal intentions or reflecting on what you want to release, heal, or manifest during the ceremony.
The ceremony will include mindful movement, guided meditation, breathwork (pranayama), music and affirmations.

After the cacao is shared their will be the opportunity to connect with like-minded women in the group and discuss any experiences or feelings with the group, we love feeling this beautiful sense of community.
