Slow it Down - a mindfulness workshop for busy women who feel that they never have time to be still.
Clare will introduce you to absolute beginners mindfulness, why taking even a few moments of stillness can be so impactful and what’s actually happening in your body if you’ve tried before, but you just couldn’t do it!
This workshop will be held on zoom, joining instructions will be included in your booking confirmation.
