6 Week Challenge
We know that fitting in time for yourself can be so hard and that over committing to something new can often lead to us doing nothing, which is why we strongly encourage you to start small! We created The 6 Week Challenge to introduce you to a specific 5 minute guided activity or practice
each day, enabling you to rediscover what brings you joy and how you want to spend your ‘me’ time, in an achievable and sustainable way.
You’ll have access to your practices on the app meaning you can take this challenge with you anywhere and you’ll also have access to a huge library of short yoga classes, guided meditations, breathing classes and so much more, to use whenever it suits you.
Of course, completing the challenge is ultimately down to you, but we’ll be here to offer any guidance and support you might need. You can reach out to us on the community chat in the app or contact us directly. We can’t wait to see you enjoying time for yourself again.
The 6 Week Challenge is available to book once a month, however you can start any time. Once you have booked you will receive all the information you need and you'll have access to the course for 8 weeks, with the opportunity.

Your challenge will take place via the Time Seekers app.
You will have access for 8 weeks with the option to extend if needed.
