Join us at the stunning Shutlanger Hall for giggles in pairs playtime yoga, a beautiful guided meditation and a heart opening sound & Cacao ceremony honouring your female tribe.
You can bring your bestie, get your whole gang together or come along solo to meet other like-minded women for this fun and unique afternoon.
This event is for women only.
If you have something to wear with a love vibe that would be fun, but no pressure of course, we want you to be comfy.
Please bring a yoga mat, if you are coming with a friend you'll need one mat per pair. Don't worry if you're riding solo, you can still join in with the pair practice.
If you need a yoga mat please let us know in advance.
There is a £2 mat hire charge which can be paid on the day.
